Hi! I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian based in Denver, CO. My usual weekday is spent at my clinical job, but my weekends are often filled with mountain time. Backpacking, camping and hiking in the summers. Skiing and ski touring in the winters. I love adventuring outside during all seasons and am eager to share my tips on how to make nutrition a fun part of the planning.
So often we under fuel during hikes and ski touring efforts, and especially so when we do multi-day trips. My goal is to help individuals stay energized to perform at their best, help to prevent injuries, and keep the “type 2 fun” fun!
